Plattsburgh man arrested for marijuana possession

On January 11, 2021, at approximately 4:20 p.m., State Police arrested 23-year-old Tristan A. Dupigny of Plattsburgh following a traffic stop on Tom Miller Road in the town of Plattsburgh. Dupigny was found in possession of over a pound of marijuana. He was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of Marijuana 2^nd degree. Dupigny was virtually arraigned by the Town of Champlain Court and subsequently released on the pre-trial release program.  He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Plattsburgh Court at a later date.
