On August 18, 2020, at approximately 3 p.m., State Police arrested 41-year-old Casey J. Desrocher of Plattsburgh for DWAI-drugs after she had driven her vehicle to Industrial Med Testing on Tom Miller Road, in the town of Plattsburgh. She was reported by staff there as being impaired. Troopers responded and determined she was under the influence of drugs. Desrocher was also found to have a revoked driver ID only due to a previous conviction for DWI. She was charged with Felony DWAI-drugs, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st and 2nd degree.  She was issued tickets returnable to Plattsburgh Town Court and then was transported to the Clinton County Jail, remanded without bail, due to the issuance of a parole warrant.

The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office assisted State Police.
