Harrison, NY – On June 12, 2022, at approximately 1:40 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-287 in the town of Harrison for a vehicle and traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Rogelio W. Criollo, 49, of Port Chester, NY, was found to be intoxicated. He was transported and processed at SP Tarrytown, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.14%. Additionally, Criollo has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and as a result was charged with Driving While Intoxicated; a Class E Felony and numerous vehicle and traffic violation.
Criollo was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the town of Harrison Court on September 20, 2022, at 9:30 a.m.
