PRESS RELEASE
 
On February 12th, 2021, New York State Police arrested Adam Ossman, 30, of Portland, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, two counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree and Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument.
 
Ossman was pulled over for traffic violations on Fuller Road in Portland. During the traffic stop, Ossman’s driving priviliges in New York were found to be revoked, and that he was in possession of a glassine envelope containing heroin, a hypodermic needle containing heroin residue and a digital scale. Ossman was placed under arrest, transported to SP Fredonia and processed. Ossman was issued appearance tickets and traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Portland Court on a later date.
