On August 15, 2021, SP Olean Troopers arrested Tyler J. Long, 25, of Portville, NY for Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree.

During a traffic stop on State Route 417 in the town of Portville, Troopers observed Long exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication and determined he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Long was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.13% BAC.

Long was released with appearance tickets for Portville Town Court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
