On April 2, 2020, State Police in Queensbury arrested 27-year-old Brandon Wilson of Far Rockaway, Queens, for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree- Intent to Sell (B felony), two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree- Narcotic Drug (B felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (A misdemeanor), and Criminal Impersonation 2nd degree (A misdemeanor).

Shortly before 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, Troopers stopped a vehicle operated by Wilson after he was observed failing to stop for a red light in the City of Glens Falls. When the Trooper spoke with Wilson, he was unable to provide a driver’s license. When asked for his identity, Wilson gave the Trooper a false name. While speaking with Wilson the Trooper observed a quantity of marijuana visible inside the vehicle.

A search of Wilson’s vehicle and his person revealed that he was in possession of approximately 56 grams of cocaine and approximately 100 baggies of heroin.

Wilson was processed at SP Queensbury and arraigned in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Part. He was released on his own recognizance and is due back in Glens Falls City Court on May 12, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.
