On October 30, 2019, State Police in Wilton arrested 27-year-old Aaron J. Arquette of Queensbury, for Reckless Driving (misdemeanor), Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle 3rd degree (misdemeanor) and multiple traffic infractions.

Shortly before noon yesterday, Troopers attempted to stop a vehicle traveling on Ballard Road in the town of Wilton. The vehicle was traveling more than 25 mph over the speed limit, and the operator refused to pull over when the Trooper attempted to initiate a vehicle stop.

The operator, later identified as Aaron Arquette, fled from police and was pursued for a short duration before Troopers terminated the pursuit.

His vehicle was later located off the roadway on the western side of Old Saratoga Road. After a search of a nearby wooded area, Arquette was located by patrols and taken into custody.

Arquette was processed at SP Wilton and turned over the custody of Warren County Jail on a parole violation.
