On August 2, 2020, State Police in Queensbury arrested 70-year-old Robert A. Parrotta of Bolton, for Menacing 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree, both are class A misdemeanors.

State Police responded to Captain Bob’s Boat Rentals in Bolton for a dispute at approximately 3:21 p.m. on Sunday. It is alleged that Parrotta had a verbal altercation with the victims regarding a reservation, and during the dispute he displayed a shotgun.

Parrotta was processed at SP Queensbury. He was arraigned in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Part and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in Bolton Town Court on August 12, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
