On May 15, 2020, State Police in Queensbury arrested 33-year-old Adam J. Ricketts of Glens Falls, for Reckless Driving (misdemeanor), Leaving the Scene of Personal Injury Accident (A misdemeanor), and Assault 3rd (A misdemeanor).

On May 3, 2020, Ricketts was involved in a personal injury motorcycle accident that took place shortly before 9:00 p.m. on Quaker Road in Queensbury. Ricketts is accused of attempting to perform a wheelie on his motorcycle causing him to lose control, and he and his female passenger to be thrown from the bike. Ricketts removed his motorcycle from the roadway, parking it behind a clothing donation bin, and fled the scene. The bike was later recovered by police. His passenger, who had been left behind, was transported to Glens Falls Hospital by a third party and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

On May 15, 2020, Ricketts turned himself in at SP Queensbury. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for July 20, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
