On October 21, 2021, the New York State Police in Queensbury arrested 52-year-old Robert J. Felice Jr. for Attempted Grand Larceny 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor felony, and Criminal Mischief 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor.

Felice is accused of entering Walmart on Quaker Blvd. in Queensbury Thursday morning and attempting to exit the store with over $1,800 worth of merchandise that he did not pay for. Felice removed the items to the garden center after passing all open points of sale. He then damaged a gate when he used bolt cutters to cut it open and gain access to the merchandise. He fled the area before removing the goods. When State Police arrived, they were able to identify him from security footage.

Shortly before 6:00 p.m. that evening, State Police responded to Walmart on State Route 9 in Queensbury for another larceny. Felice passed all points of sale and was stopped outside the store with over $500 worth of merchandise that he did not pay for.

Felice was taken into custody and transported to SP Queensbury where he was charged in relation to both incidents. He was issued appearance tickets and is due in Queensbury Town Court on November 15, 2021.
