On June 1, 2021, the New York State Police in Wilton arrested 31-year-old Frank F. Doner of Queensbury, for Aggravated Family Offense (E felony), Criminal Mischief 4th degree (A misdemeanor), Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree (A misdemeanor), Criminal Trespass 3rd degree (B misdemeanor), harassment 2nd degree (violation), and Disorderly Conduct (violation).

Doner was charged following an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred on May 31, 2021, at a business in the town of Moreau. Doner is accused of entering the victim’s workplace and yelling obscenities at them while customers were present. He then corned them, refusing to let them leave, and took their phone when they attempted to call police for help. Doner is also accused of striking the victim.

Doner was turned over to state police by his parole officer after he was taken into custody during a home visit. He was arraigned in Wilton Town Court on the charges listed above as well as a parole violation. He was remanded to Saratoga County Jail as a predicate felon and is due back in Moreau Town Court on June 9, 2021 at 9:00 a.m.
