On February 14, 2020, State Police arrested 22-year-old Monica R. Wornall of Queensbury, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (misdemeanor) and Resisting Arrest (A misdemeanor).

At approximately 5:45 p.m. on Friday, State Police responded to a Queensbury residence after an unknown vehicle was found parked at the end of the driveway with the driver appearing passed out at the wheel. When a trooper arrived, they spoke with the driver, identified as Monica Wornall, who was unsure how she had ended up at the home.

Wornall exhibited signs of intoxication and was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which she failed. When the trooper attempted to place Wornall in custody she resisted arrest, pulling away from the trooper to keep them from placing her in handcuffs. Wornall was ultimately secured and transported to SP Queensbury. She provided a breath sample of .19% B.A.C.  and was issued an appearance ticket for Queensbury Town Court on February 24, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
