On May 31st, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Alexander Woleen, 31, of Randolph, for Driving while Intoxicated.
The Troopers responded to the westbound lane of I-86 in Falconer for a report of a reckless driver  who had just exited the interstate at Exit 13 after striking a guard rail. The suspect vehicle was located at Phil’s Auto Plaza in Falconer with front end damage consistent with the accident reported. Woleen, the driver of the suspect vehicle, was placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs and transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .15. Woleen was then processed, issued tickets and released. Woleen is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court on a later date. Woleen was not injured in the accident.
