PRESS RELEASE
 
On March 21st, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Andrew McLean, 27, of Randolph, for Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree.
 
The Troopers responded to a residence in Randolph for a possible burglary in progress. Investigation revealed that McLean was at the victim’s residence, in violation of a stay-away order issued against McLean the night before. McLean was placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and arraigned in the town of Conewango Court. McLean was released on his own recognizance and scheduled to appear in the town of Randolph Court next month.
