PRESS RELEASE

On December 19, 2019, State Police in New Scotland arrested 52-year-old Christopher Caglione of Ravena, for Grand Larceny 3rd degree (D felony), Identity Theft 1st degree (D felony), Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree (E felony), Grand Larceny 4th degree (E felony), and Unlawful Possession of Personal Identification 3rd degree (A misdemeanor).
 
State Police were contacted by a female who reported that Caglione had taken her debit card and made multiple ATM withdrawals without her permission. An investigation revealed that Caglione had withdrawn money from the victim’s account on nine separate occasions, the total of the withdraws was over $3,000.
 
Caglione was located at his residence and taken into custody. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Bethlehem Town Court on January 7, 2020 at 4:00p.m.
