Bethlehem, NY – On January 1, 2020, at approximately 11:16 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 in the town of Bethlehem for a vehicle and traffic violation. While interviewing the driver, probable cause to search the vehicle was established.  The driver, Juan C. Lozadasalas, 47, of Rochester, NY, was found to be in possession of approximately 7.5 grams of crack cocaine.   Lozadasalas was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Albany.  He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree; a Class C Felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell 5th degree; a Class D Felony.
Lozadasalas was arraigned before the Town of Bethlehem Court and remanded to Albany County Jail without bail.  A return court date of January 7, 2020 has been set.
