Tyre, NY – On March 13, 2020, at approximately 6:30 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the town of Tyre for a vehicle and traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Charles N. Bianchi, 45, of Rochester, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Junius Ponds where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.18%. 


Bianchi was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor and was turned over to a sober third party.  He was released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Tyre Court on March 17, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
