On February 3, 2020, State Police in Lee arrested 31-year-old Louis M. Gisondi of Rome, NY for (7) counts of Forgery 2nd degree (D Felony), (7) counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree (D-Felony), (1) count of Grand Larceny 4th (E-Felony) and (1) count of Attempted Petit Larceny (B-Misd) stemming from an incident that occurred during the month of January 2020.
Gisondi stole several checks from a family member, signed and cashed them at various banks in the city of Rome.  The total amount of monetary loss was over $1,000.   
Gisondi was arraigned in Oneida County Centralized Arraignment Court and was released (ROR’d).  He is scheduled to appear in the city of Rome Court at a later date.
