On March 13, 2023, Troopers arrested Brian D. Webb, age 41 of Russell, NY for trespass and criminal possession of controlled substance 7th.
On March 13, 2023, around 9:02 a.m., Troopers were approached by a complainant regarding a male walking around camp property located on Blackmer Road in the town of Russell. The complainant showed video footage of a male going onto the property that is posted with no trespass signs. Troopers were able to identify the male as Webb. Troopers located Webb, interviewed him regarding the incident, and placed under arrested. Webb was searched, and he was in possession of drug paraphernalia, identified as methamphetamine and a glass smoking device.
Webb was transported to SP Gouverneur for processing. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Russell Court for a later date in April.
