PRESS RELEASE
 
On February 2nd, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Bradley Cunningham, 25, of Salamanca, for Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd Degree.
 
The Troopers responded to an address in Randolph for a report of a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed that Cunningham arrived at the victim’s residence uninvited, prevented the victim from calling 911 for assistance, caused bruising to the victim during a physical altercation, pushed the victim while she was holding a young child and refused to allow her to leave the residence for several hours. Cunningham was arrested, processed at SP Jamestown and arraigned. Cunningham was released and is scheduled to appear in the town of Randolph Court on a later date to answer the charges.
