On September 20, 2019, State Police in Saratoga arrested 20-year-old Dylan M. Capone of Saratoga, for Burglary 1st degree (B felony).

On September 16, 2019, Troopers responded to a report that a 17-year-old victim had been punched by an acquaintance on the front porch of their Greenfield Center home.
The aquaintance then unlawfully entered the home, and assaulted two other occupants.

The incident was reported a few days after it occurred, when the homeowner observed it on a security camera.

Investigation revealed that the victim had been on their front porch taking a phone call when Capone arrived at their home uninvited.

As Capone walked up to the residence he punched the victim in the head, causing injury. Capone then entered the home without permission, and proceeded to punch two other juveniles who had been inside visiting with the victim.

Capone left the area, but was ultimately taken into custody after being located in the town of Colonie.

Capone was arraigned in Wilton Town Court and remanded to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond. He is due back in court on September 23, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
