PRESS RELEASE

On September 21, 2019, Troopers out of SP Wolcott arrested Kevin M. Gonyeau, 46, of Savannah, New York for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, moving from the lane unsafely and driving across hazard markings.

Gonyeau was stopped on Hadden Road in the Town of Savannah for moving from the lane unsafely and driving across hazard markings.  He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.  Gonyeau was transported to SP Wolcott where he provided a breath sample of .13% BAC.  He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Savannah Court on October 24, 2019.
