Greenburgh, NY – On July 14, 2020, at approximately 9:50 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 in the town of Greenburgh, for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Renaldo Lutchman, 34, of Schenectady NY, was found to be intoxicated and had a suspended license. 

He was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Tarrytown where his blood alcohol content was determined to be .30%. 


Additionally, Lutchman has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and as a result was charged with Driving While Intoxicated; a Class E Felony, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; a Class E Felony, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd degree; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.


Lutchman was released to a sober third party and issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Greenburgh Court on July 28, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
