Schenectady man charged with felony drug possession

On February 14, 2021 State Police in Princetown arrested 58-year-old Jerome Graham of Schenectady, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd degree-Intent to Sell (B felony), Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug 4^th degree (C felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th degree (A misdemeanor), Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd degree (A misdemeanor), and Use of a Vehicle Without an Interlock Device (A misdemeanor).

State Police stopped Graham for a series of traffic infractions as he traveled on Broadway in the city of Schenectady Sunday morning. After speaking with Graham, the Trooper discovered that he was operating with a revoked driver’s license and he was taken into custody. Graham was also found to be in possession of approximately 3.6 grams of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Graham was taken into custody and transported to SP Princetown for processing. He was subsequently brought to Schenectady Count Jail to await arraignment
