On February 14, 2021 State Police in Princetown arrested 58-year-old Jerome Graham of Schenectady, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree-Intent to Sell (B felony), Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug 4th degree (C felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (A misdemeanor), Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree (A misdemeanor), and Use of a Vehicle Without an Interlock Device (A misdemeanor).
State Police stopped Graham for a series of traffic infractions as he traveled on Broadway in the city of Schenectady Sunday morning. After speaking with Graham, the Trooper discovered that he was operating with a revoked driver’s license and he was taken into custody. Graham was also found to be in possession of approximately 3.6 grams of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Graham was taken into custody and transported to SP Princetown for processing. He was subsequently brought to Schenectady Count Jail to await arraignment
