Albany, NY – On May 25, 2019, at approximately 3:15 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 for a traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, William M. Vanderhall, 30, of Schenectady, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Latham, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.10%.  He was subsequently charged with:
  • Driving While Intoxicated; a Misdemeanor
Vanderhall was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Albany Court on June 6, 2019 at 8:30 a.m.
