Schenectady woman arrested in for falsifying records to fraudulently obtain $6,602.25 in unemployment benefits.

New York State Police Troopers and Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) Investigators stationed at SP Princetown arrested a 51-year-old Schenectady woman for the Class D Felony of Grand Larceny 3rd and the Class E Felonies of Falsifying Business Records 1st and Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st.
Vickylea M. Baza was arrested after an investigation revealed that she submitted falsified records to the NYS Department of Labor to receive unemployment benefits totaling $6,602.25 which she was not entitled to. 

Ms. Baza was processed without incident and will appear in Schenectady City Court to answer the charges.
