On November 1, 2019, State Police in Princetown arrested 30-year-old Marissa K. Gaston of Schenectady, for Grand Larceny 3rd degree (D felony), Falsifying Business Records 1st degree (E felony), and Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st degree (D felony).
Gaston is accused of providing false information to the New York State Department of Labor in order to receive $4,202 of unemployment benefits that she was not entitled to.

Gaston turned herself in at SP Princetown and was issued an appearance ticket for Schenectady City Court on November 22, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
