On September 6, 2019, State Police in Schodack arrested 48-year-old Joseph A. Servidone of Schodack, for False Personation, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree.
At 4:00 p.m. on Friday, State Police stopped a speeding vehicle on State Route 9 in Schodack, for a traffic infraction. When the Trooper approached the car, the operator provided him with a driver’s license. The Trooper observed that there were discrepancies between the photo on the license and the driver. The driver was also uncertain of their birthday.
The identity of driver was determined to be that of Joseph Servidone, the license and identity he had provided the Trooper belonged to another individual. Servidone was found to be operating with a revoked license and was in possession of a quantity of Suboxone.
Servidone was taken into custody and transported to SP Schodack for processing and was arraigned in Schodack Town Court. He was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court on October 10, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
