On February 3, 2020, State Police in  Schodack arrested 37-year-old Robert A. Nadeau, of Troy, for Grand Larceny 3rd degree (D felony), Identity Theft 1st degree (D felony), and 5 counts of Petit Larceny (A misdemeanor).


Nadeau is accused of stealing the victim’s debit card information and using it to pay his expenses. Nadeau, who was known to the victim, used the information to make payments on five separate occasions totaling more than $4,400.

Nadeau turned himself into to police at SP Schodack and was processed. He was issued an appearance ticket for Sand Lake Town Court on Febraury 3, 2020, at 5:00 p.m.
