Four facing felony drug charges after traffic stop in Albany

On August 1, 2020, State Police in Guilderland arrested 23-year-old Thomas E. Isiah, 21-year-old Teon K. Williams, 19-year-old Kiara M. McCoy, and a 17-year-old juvenile. All four Albany residents were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree- Narcotic Drug (B felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree- Intent to Sell (B felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree- Methamphetamine (C felony), six counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (A misdemeanor), and Criminal Possession of a Marihuana 4th degree (A misdemeanor).

Queensbury man charged after displaying shotgun during dispute

On August 2, 2020, State Police in Queensbury arrested 70-year-old Robert A. Parrotta of Bolton, for Menacing 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree, both are class A misdemeanors.

On August 1, 2020, State Police in Guilderland arrested 48-year-old Lakishia M. Holley of Guilderland, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

Johnstown man charged in 2018 motor vehicle accident that lead to the death of a New York State Trooper

On July 31, 2020, State Police in Fonda, in consultation with the Montgomery County District Attorney Kelli P. McCoski, arrested 34-year-old Aaron M. Munise of Johnstown, for Criminally Negligent Homicide, a class E felony and Reckless Driving, a misdemeanor, in connection with the fatal motor vehicle accident that killed New York State Trooper Jeremy VanNostrand.

On July 29, 2020, State Police in Clifton Park arrested David L. Bennett, 32, of Schenectady, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs (misdemeanor), two counts of Leandra‚Äôs Law (E felony), two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A misdemeanor), and two counts of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree (A misdemeanor).

Fort Edward man found with 20 grams of meth following Northway traffic stop

On July 31, 2020, State Police in Queensbury arrested 25-year-old Matthew T. Harrington of Fort Edward, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree (A felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree: Meth-Intent to Sell (B felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance: Narcotic Drug-Intent to Sell (B felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree- Methamphetamine (C felony), Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug (C felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (A misdemeanor). State Police also charged 31-year-old Nicolle S. Swinton of Chester, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (A misdemeanor).
