On January 9, 2021 State Police in Guilderland arrested 43-year-old Kimberly A. Bilicki of Slingerlands, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

At approximately 3:18 p.m. on Saturday, State Police responded to a disabled vehicle on the northbound ramp of State Route 910F in the area of Schoolhouse Road, in the Town of Guilderland.

When State Police located the vehicle, they found it hung up on a snowbank off the side of the road, facing the wrong direction. While interviewing the driver, Kimberly Bilicki, the Trooper could smell the odor of alcohol and observed signs of impairment. Bilicki was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which she failed, and was taken into custody.

Bilicki was transported to SP New Scotland where she provided a breath sample of .23% B.A.C. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Guilderland Town Court on February 11, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.
