South Bristol man is arrested for Rape 1st.

PRESS RELEASE

Farmington, NY: Tuesday, September 19, 2023, 39-year-old Shawn Jordan, from South Bristol, NY, was arrested for one count of Rape 1st (Class B Felony). This charge stems from an investigation conducted by the New York State Police.

The felony complaint alleges Jordan engaged in sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old female by forcible compulsion. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the town of South Bristol, Ontario County, sometime between April and June of 2022. 

Jordan was processed at SP Canandaigua and transported to the Ontario County Jail for CAP arraignment.

This is an ongoing investigation.
