On February 20, 2020, State Police in Saratoga arrested 29-year-old Brandin M. Marble of South Glens Falls, for Criminal Mischief 4th degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, and Criminal Contempt 2nd degree, all class A misdemeanors.

Shortly before 10:30p.m. Thursday night, troopers were called to a Schuylerville residence for a domestic dispute. When patrols arrived, they found Marble attempting to make entry into the victim’s apartment in violation of a stay away order of protection. Marble was observed removing a screen from the window of the residence, damaging it.

Marble was taken into custody and during a search of his person, was found in possession of a quantity of buprenorphine, a controlled substance. He was issued an appearance ticket for Saratoga Town Court to appear on a later date
