SP Lockport - Motorcyclist drives off roadway striking tree.
On June 28th at 11:09 am, Troopers investigated the report of a motorcycle operated by Paul D. McClintock, 56 of Lockport, driving off Tonawanda Creek Road in the Town of Lockport striking a tree.
McClintock was operating a 2015 Harley Davidson motorcycle traveling north east on Tonawanda Creek Road when he lost control, skidding approximately 40 feet before riding off the left side of the roadway.  As he drove off the pavement, the motorcycle became airborn and struck a tree six feet off the ground.  McClitock was Mercy Flighted to ECMC for injuries to his head and ribs.
State Police were assisted at the scene by the Rapids Volunteer Fire Company.
