State Police announce the arrest of Kristofor O'Rourke for Criminal Sex Act 3rd Degree and Official Misconduct.

On November 28, 2022, the State Police arrested Kristofor O’Rourke, age 29, of Newfield, NY for Criminal Sex Act 3rd Degree, and Official Misconduct.

O’Rourke who was last employed by the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office, was previously employed by the Watkins Glen Police Department, Mt. Morris Police Department, and the Geneseo Police Department.

Anyone who may have had inappropriate contact with O’Rourke is urged to call State Police at (585)-398-4100.
