On September 14, 2022 Whitehill turned himself in at Lisbon Town Court.  Troopers responded to the court and executed the warrant.  He was transported to SP Canton for processing.  He was arraigned at Lisbon Town Court and released on his own recognizances.  Whitehill must reappear in Lisbon Town Court on October 4, 2022

State Police are looking to locate a Lisbon man who is wanted on an arrest warrant related to a domestic dispute in the town of Lisbon. 

On August 30,2022, around 7:31 a.m., Troopers responded to a domestic dispute in the town of Lisbon. The suspect in the dispute, Patrick F. Whitehill, 33, of Lisbon,  fled the scene before Troopers arrived. Whitehill is wanted for multiple misdemeanor charges including Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Criminal Mischief 4th degree.  The State Police are asking anyone with information regarding Whitehill’s location to call SP Canton at (315) 379- 0012.  Information will be kept confidential if requested.
