The New York State Police in Lyons announce the arrest of one Adolescent Offender (age 16) and two adults for Burglary 3rd Degree, a class D-Felony.  The arrests stem from a commercial burglary investigation on July 6, 2020, at Uncle Zack’s Pizzeria located in Lyons, New York. 

             On July 6, 2020, the State Police arrested Joelito Fernandez, age 21, from Massena, for Burglary 3rd Degree and on July 7, 2020, troopers also arrested Angel Ortiz, age 19, from Lyons, NY, for Burglary 3rd Degree.   Fernandez and Ortiz were arraigned at the Wayne County CAP and released on their own recognizance, and given court dates to return to the town of Lyons Court on August 25, 2020.  The Adolescent Offender was arrested on July 7, 2020 for Burglary 3rd, Resisting Arrest, and Menacing a Police Officer.   The Adolescent Offender was arraigned in Youth-Part Court, by Judge Richard Healy.  The Adolescent Offender was remanded to a secure detention facility in Syracuse, NY, and is set to re-appear on July 10, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
