On January 29, 2021, at approximately 4:00 p.m. p.m. State Police Wurtsboro responded to a residence on Old County Road in the town of Cochecton for a report of a burglary in progress. Investigation revealed that Cheyenne Everett, 26, Ali Celic, 25 and his brother Agron Celic, age 31 illegally entered the residence. The vehicle that was used to drive to the residence was a 2004 Ford F-150 that had switched plates. A search of the vehicle yielded 22.8 grams of heroin and 2.9 grams of crack-cocaine, numerous credit cards and benefit cards with names of various individuals that were not the defendants.

Cheyenne Everett, Ali Celic and Agron Celic were all charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, all felonies. They were additionally charged with Criminal Trespass 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, all misdemeanors.

All three were arraigned in the Town of Liberty Court and released on their own recognizance.
