On May 2, 2022, the New York State Police arrested Gerard Nettles, age 31, Julius Chinn, age 24, Jeremy Moore, age 33, and Vauntrece Johnson, age 27, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree, (previous conviction), and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree, (firearms).  

Subsequent to a Vehicle and Traffic Stop on Joseph Avenue in the city of Rochester, Nettles, Chinn, Moore, and Johnson were found to be in possession 9 mm caliber pistol loaded with 7 live rounds.  The pistol was subsequently found to be reported stolen from the Columbus Ohio Police Department.  

All four suspects were remanded to Monroe County Jail for arraignment.
