**UPDATE** October 25, 2022 -Second subject arrested- 
 

On October 20, 2022, State Police arrested Guillermo Santiago, 50, of Albany, NY, on a warrant for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree and Conspiracy in the Fifth Degree.

Bethlehem located Santiago on an unrelated matter and turned him over to NYSP.  He was transported to SP Clifton Park for processing.  Santiago was arraigned at the Clifton Park Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility without bail.

On September 30, 2022, State Police of Clifton Park arrested Aaron J. Williams, 35 of Albany, NY on a warrant for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a class “E” felony, and Conspiracy in the Fifth Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor. 

On May 17, 2022, at about 11:41 a.m. Trooper received a complaint of a theft from the Kohl’s located on Crossing Boulevard in Clifton Park, NY. An investigation determined that Williams, with another male suspect, stole more than $1,800 worth of merchandise and fled before Troopers arrived.  Williams along with the other male suspect were later identified with the assistance of the Capital Region Crime Analysis Center (CRCAC) and neighboring Police agencies. 

Williams was arrested at the Albany County Correctional Facility upon being released on an unrelated matter and brought to SP Clifton Park for processing. He was arraigned at the Clifton Park Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility without bail.
