State Police arrest an Addison resident for Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.

On Monday February 6^th, 2023, Troopers from SP Painted Post responded to a disturbance at the Dollar General in Addison. Troopers on scene were advised of a man damaging a customer’s vehicle. Troopers located and subsequently arrested Joseph R. Remchuk, age 49 of Addison, for Criminal Mischief 3^rd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree.

Remchuk was processed at SP Painted Post and transported to the Steuben County Jail for arraignment.
