State Police arrest an Auburn man for DWI after traffic stop.

On Sunday, May 29, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn observed a vehicle operating erratically on Clark Street Road in the town of Aurelius.  William J. Merritt, 51, of Auburn, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and a traffic ticket. 

All tickets returnable to the Town of Aurelius Court on June 8, 2022.
