State Police arrest an Auburn man for Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st Degree, a class E felony

 

On March 9, 2021 the New York State Police in Auburn arrested Kevin D. Brown, age 26, of Auburn, NY, for one count of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1^st Degree, a class E felony. 

An investigation determined that Brown, who is employed as a correction officer at the Auburn Correctional Facility, falsified medical documentation that he submitted to the facility for absences from work. 

Following his arrest, Brown was released on an Appearance Ticket returnable to the city of Auburn Court on 3/29/21 at 9:15 am.
