PRESS RELEASE
 

On May 11, 2020, troopers from the SP Auburn barracks responded to the report of a burglary in progress at Fox Honda, 320 Grant Avenue Road in the town of Sennett.  Nearby officers with the Auburn Police Department responded as well and upon arrival, detained 1 female suspect.  The suspect, later identified as Lisa M. Mack, age 47, from Auburn was taken into custody by State Police.  Investigator’s with the New York State Police’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation responded to the dealership as well.  During the initial investigation, it was determined that the Summit GM dealership, directly next door to Fox Honda, was also burglarized.  Information was developed, determining that Mack had forcibly entered both car dealerships, and stole property along with several vehicles.  Mack was charged with 2 counts of Burglary in the 3rd degree and was transported to Cayuga County Jail to await arraignment.  The investigation is ongoing.
