State Police arrest an individual for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th  Degree.

On June 24, 2022, the New York State Police arrested Kevin C. Parks III, age 23, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2^nd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th  Degree, subsequent to a traffic stop on I-490 in the City of Rochester.

Parks was found to be in possession of a loaded 9 MM handgun and is currently awaiting arraignment at the Monroe County Jail.
