State Police arrest an Oswego resident for DWI.

On Tuesday, September 6, 2022, troopers from SP Wolcott responded to a suspicious incident on East Port Bay Road in the town of Wolcott.  Donna M. Phelps, age 50, of Oswego, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, and a traffic violation.  

All charges are returnable to the Town of Wolcott Court on October 6, 2022.
