State Police arrest an Otisville man for sexual abuse.

PRESS RELEASE
 
The New York State Police at Middletown announce the arrest of Chad Volpe, age 47 of Otisville, NY.  An investigation by the Troop F Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) has resulted in Volpe being charged with the crimes of Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child 1st Degree, Criminal Sexual Act 1st Degree and Sexual Abuse 1st Degree, all felonies.  The statutes cited are based upon the age of the victim at the time of the crimes.  Volpe was arraigned by City of Newburgh Judge Peter Culkin and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail.
