State Police arrest a Bath resident for Petit Larceny.

On Saturday March 11th 2023, Troopers from SP Bath responded to the Dollar General on State Route 415 in the town of Bath for a larceny report. Troopers located and subsequently arrested Danny M. Sawyer, age 32 of Bath, for Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor. 

Sawyer was transported to SP Bath for processing, then released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Bath Court on March 20, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.
