State Police arrest a Beaver Dams resident for Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree.

On February 2, 2023, at approximately 10:53a.m., the State Police out of Horseheads arrested Jake L. Mattison, age 25, from Beaver Dams, for Trespassing.  During the investigation it was revealed that Mattison had unlawfully climbed over a wooden fence onto a property on State Route 414, in the Town of Catlin.

Mattison was charged with Criminal Trespass 3^rd Degree and arraigned in the Town of Veteran Court where he was subsequently released on his own recognizance
