State Police arrest a Butler resident for DWI.

PRESS RELEASE
 

On Monday, January 23, 2023, troopers from SP Wolcott observed a vehicle speeding on State Route 89 in the town of Butler.  Troopers subsequently arrested Zachery J. Wallace, age 28, of Butler, for Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, and traffic violations. 

All charges are returnable to the Town of Butler Court on February 1, 2023.
